Many of you might know Dr. Randal Pinkett as the season 4 winner of The Apprentice. However, since his victory he’s gone on to further establish himself as an entrepreneur, technologist, speaker, author, media personality, and in diversity, equity & inclusion. He is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of BCT Partners. Its mission is to harness the power of diversity, insights, and innovation to transform lives, accelerate equity and create lasting change.
Along with Dr. Pinkett is his daughter, Amira. An amazing student athlete, making change on and off the court, in the classroom and in the community that she serves.
